I'm starting this blog to keep a record of my activity, as a means to motivate myself and to share my journey with others.
We are now at Uh-Oh Day minus 3, on Wednesday 6th August 2014 my exercise, diet and training regime will begin with 270 days to go before the 2015 Belfast City Marathon.
I'll be fund-raising for Liam's Lodge, a fantastic charity with great ambitions for all seriously ill children in Ireland and potentially world-wide.
That's enough to get me started, more will follow.
